1. 30-Day Return Guarantee
At RetroZy, we offer a 30-day return guarantee. Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return if they are not satisfied with their purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in good condition, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of the issue.
Once verified, we may offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A full refund
at no additional cost to the customer.
4. Return Approval
All returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may not be accepted in the following situations:
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
- Items returned without contacting support first
- Packages that are refused at delivery
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
