All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the purchase is completed.

During this time, we prepare, inspect, and package the items before they are shipped.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Once the order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days, depending on the customer’s location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as:

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Please allow 1–3 days for tracking information to update after shipment.

4. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

RetroZy is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
